DOE CHAIN APPLICATION
This application needs to be submitted by March 30th of the current year to be considered for receipt of a doe during the current year any applications
received after this date will be considered for the following year..
Have you previously owned a dairy goat or other animals considered to be livestock? If yes, please indicate types of animals owned.
Are there any zoning laws that would prohibit yo from raising livestock on your premises?
Would you be able to provide proper housing and nutrition for your new doe? Please explain what you have available.
In 500 words or less, please tell us why we should seriously consider you for this program?
